These Terms & Conditions apply to every registration and participation in the Mission STRONG event.
Participation is only possible after completing the registration process and receiving full payment.
Each registration is personal and valid for one participant only.
Participation is only permitted for individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors may only participate with prior written permission from the organization and a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian.
The organization reserves the right to refuse any registration without stating a reason.
Participation in Mission STRONG is entirely at your own risk.
Each participant is responsible for her own physical and mental health and must determine whether participation is appropriate.
If you have any doubts about your health, you are advised to consult a physician before participating.
The organization is not liable for injuries, physical harm, health issues, accidents, or any other damage that occurs during or as a result of participation.
Participation in physical activities, including running, climbing, lifting, crawling, and other strenuous exercises, is entirely at the participant’s own responsibility.
Every participant is required to complete and sign a Health Declaration fully and truthfully before the event.
Participation is not permitted without a fully completed and signed Health Declaration.
By signing the declaration, the participant confirms that she:
is physically and mentally fit to participate;
has no medical conditions or injuries that would make participation unsafe;
understands the physical demands and risks associated with participation;
has provided all relevant medical information truthfully.
Once registration and payment have been completed, no refund of the participation fee will be provided.
In the event of illness, injury, personal circumstances, or any other reason, the full participation fee remains payable.
Participation may only be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from the organization.
The organization is under no obligation to approve a transfer request.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the organization, instructors, and volunteers at all times.
If a participant endangers her own safety or the safety of others, or behaves inappropriately, the organization may exclude her from further participation without prior warning.
No refund of the participation fee will be provided in the event of exclusion.
The organization reserves the right to modify parts of the program if necessary for safety reasons.
Mission STRONG will generally take place regardless of weather conditions.
If the organization determines that the safety of participants or staff is at risk, the event may be modified, postponed, or cancelled.
In such cases, the organization will decide whether an alternative event date will be offered.
Any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants will not be reimbursed.
Participants are liable for any damage to the organization’s equipment or property caused by intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Any repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the participant.
The organization is not liable if the event cannot take place in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, government measures, pandemics, emergencies, fire, power outages, or any other circumstances beyond the organization’s reasonable control.
In the event of force majeure, the organization will determine whether the event will be modified, postponed, or cancelled.
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
By registering for Mission STRONG, the participant confirms that she has fully read these Terms & Conditions, understands their contents, acknowledges the risks associated with participation, and agrees to all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
